How do I place an order?
Browse by category on our Products page, add what you want to your cart, and check out securely. You can add items to your cart before signing in — we’ll save it for you and you sign in when you’re ready to pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments securely through PayPal. You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or most major credit and debit cards. You do not need a PayPal account.
How long does shipping take?
Items ship from Gresham, OR, Salt Lake City, UT, or Phoenix, AZ — same as Theo's Toy Shop. Mixed carts go out as one UPS package per warehouse. You can also pick up locally in Gresham for free. Once your order is packed you'll get a confirmation email.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. See our Return Policy page for the full details on how it works.
